Northcoast's lightweight rollover frame design, developed in conjunction with engineering consultant Kit Bleakley to meet and exceed ADR 59 standards, forms the basis of the company's entire product range and has become a key reason for Northcoast's high rate of repeat business.

The company has also formed an alliance with industrial designer Mr Paul Signitzer of Brisbane to collaboratively develop new vehicles with a strong focus on aesthetic appeal and ergonomic functionality.
