Corrosion Protection

All framework is constructed from fully galvanised steel tube.

The completed frame itself undergoes a specialised sealing process to prevent water sitting between frame parts, before being fully treated with a two-pack etch primer prior to its move to the panel section.

The use of a one-piece fibreglass roof design and the elimination of any side mouldings also prevents the ingress of water.

As a final preventative measure all composite panels have a rebated lip built into their profile that effectively stops any water entering the frame from the vehicles window fittings.
